Beef 'N Biscuit Pie Recipe
- 2 lbs. grnd chuck
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 (8 ounce.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 (12 ounce.) can corn, liquid removed
- 1 recipe Bisquick biscuits
- Brown chuck and onions in skillet.
- Drain fat.
- Add in tomato sauce, mushrooms, salt, chili pwdr and corn mix together.
- Take and roll out biscuits.
- Line bottom and sides of pan.
- Pour in meat mix.
- 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Instead of tomato sauce, fold in stewed tomatoes.
- Also may be topped with cheese before baking.
