Chicken Rice

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the cut chicken breast until it changes color.
  2. Add the finely chopped onions, saute, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the colorful peppers, umami seasoning, and ketchup and stir-fry.
  4. Add the rice and mix well.
