Wild Mushroom Soup

  1. Chop all mushrooms, onions and garlic.
  2. finely chopp the fresh basil leaves.
  3. Place olive oil in 2 qt pot and heat at medium.
  4. saute garlic, onions and all mushrooms till onions turn translucient.
  5. Add broth and remaining ingrediants and cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Serve with choice of croutons, cheese or bread topping.
