- 1 packages cream cheese
- 1 envelope knorr vegetable dip mix
- 1 packages large soft burrito tortillas
- 1 packages turkey or ham lunchmeat
- let cream cheese come to room temp.
- then mix with the knorr vegetable mix (adding a tablespoon of mayo will help mix) and let sit for a little bit to merry together.
- spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each tortilla.
- this is your glue, so spread it to the edges.
- add one layer of lunchmeat around the tortilla.
- roll tightly and make sure your "glue" is holding.
- once rolled tightly roll up in plastic wrap.
- put in fridge overnight.
- the next day before ready to serve, slice up and arrange on a platter.
- ENJOY!
