Cheddar Sausage Muffins

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink.
  2. Drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine soup, cheese and water.
  4. Stir in biscuit mix until blended.
  5. Add sausage.
  6. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full.
  7. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the muffin.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. *This recipe makes about 1 1/2 dozen muffins.
