Chijimi Sauce
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 1 tsp Gochujang
- 5 cm Japanese leek (the white part)
- 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp White sesame seeds
- Finely chop the Japanese leek, grate the garlic, and mix all the ingredients together.

- This gochujang has just a bit of red chili pepper, so it's mild.
