Stir Fry Noodle In Dark Sauce / Hokkien Mee
- 300 grams fresh yellow egg noodle
- 2 cup choy sam vegetable
- 1/2 cup spring onion
- 10 medium cooked fish ball cut in half
- 10 medium shrimp / prawn
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 small red cili
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cup stock / water
- 2 tbsp fine dice garlic and shallot
- in pan with oil saute dice garlic and shallot then add in prawn and fish ball with green vegetable then add water / stock bring it to a boil
- add yellow noodle and mix well till sauce start to dry and starchy off heat add scallion and serve hot
