Vegan Spiced Cookies

  1. Cream together the margarine and sugars until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla and soy milk and mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and spices until well mixed, then stir in oats and cranberries.
  4. Spoon 1 1/2 inch balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees, or until done.
  5. Enjoy your vegan oatmeal cookies.
