Animal Christmas Cookies

• 1 12 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill.
3. Add more flour if necessary.
4. Roll out and cut with animal cutters.
5. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
6. FROSTING FOR HOT COOKIES:.
7. 2 egg whites beaten, add 3/4 lb.
8. powdered sugar and coat while cookies are hot.
9. If frosting has enough sugar in it, it will bake hard on cookies so frost only 3 cookies at a time and decorate kepping rest of cookies hot.
