Texas Pepper Steak Recipe
- 1 pound lean chuck or possibly round, thin slices 2 inches long
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 onions, minced
- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
- 2 red peppers, not warm, cut in 1/2 inch strips
- 1 teaspoon A-1 sauce
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 10 3/4 ounce. can beef gravy
- 6 ounce. can mushrooms
- For the grill or possibly Jenn Air Range.
- Serves 4.
