Spanish Omelette

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir peppers, onions and garlic in dressing in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  3. Add potatoes; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Spread potato mixture to evenly cover bottom of skillet; top with ham.
  6. Beat eggs and milk with whisk until blended; pour over ham.
  7. Cover with Velveeta.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until centre is set; top with cilantro.
