Fresh Vegetable Frittata

  1. Cook and stir peppers in dressing in 10-inch skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min.
  2. or until peppers are tender, adding tomatoes and garlic for the last minute.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
  4. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. Pour over vegetables in skillet; cover.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  7. Cook 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until centre is set.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. Cut into wedges to serve.
