Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend in a food processor.
  2. Pour half of mixture into a hot frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Cook on 1 side until brown then flip.
  4. Serve with sugar-free syrup.
  5. (I love Mrs Buttersworth, you can't tell the difference).

egg whites, vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, splenda, salt, fresh fruit
