Meatloaf - Lindsay Jackson

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 (6 ounce) box Stove Top stuffing mix
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 12 cup barbecue sauce
• 14 cup pickle, chopped
• 14 cup onion, chopped

1. Divide BBQ sauze in half and keep 1/4 cup for the topping.
2. Mix all other ingredients together and place in baking pan.
3. top with BBQ sauce and bake at 375 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
