Lemon-Almond Fluff
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, divided
- 8 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- Set aside 1 Tbsp.
- of the almonds for garnish.
- Add remaining almonds and cookie pieces to whipped topping in medium bowl; stir gently until well blended.
- Spoon evenly into 5 dessert dishes; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with reserved almonds just before serving.
