Left Over Corned Beef Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  1. Finely slice your onions.
  2. Put the oil into a skillet over medium heat; once heated add onions and cook them for about 7 minutes.
  3. Add your stout and allow to the beer to simmer and evaporate.
  4. When done, remove from heat.
  5. Spread some mayonnaise and mustard on the rye slices.
  6. Place 1/4 of the beef, 1/4 of the sauerkraut, and some grilled onions on 4 slices.
  7. Place the slice of cheese over all the ingredients and close the sandwich with the other 4 slices.
  8. Grill the sandwiches (like you would a grilled cheese sandwich) for about 3 minutes in a well-greased hot pan.
  9. Flip the sandwiches over once the bottom side is browned to your liking and cook the other side.
  10. Sit back and enjoy with the rest of the bottle of stout!
