Peanut Butter Cup Bars
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (18-ounce) jar peanut butter (about 2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares)
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Place the butter and peanut butter in a large bowl and stir until smooth.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs and sugar and stir until completely combined.
- Spread the mixture in a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the warm bars with the chips, let stand for 2 minutes until the chips begin to melt, and then spread them evenly over the top.
- Cool slightly and cut into 48 squares while the chocolate is still warm.
