Round Steak With Gravy

  1. Cut fat from 1 1/2 pounds od roundsteak and cut into smaller pieces.
  2. About 2 pieces makes a decent serving size.
  3. Add lemon & pepper to cut up meat
  4. Brown the meat-important to get a brown gravy quickly.
  5. Remove roundsteak, add 2 cans of soup and milk.
  6. Stir until the gravy is browned.
  7. Add the roundsteak back into pan.
  8. Cook on low heat until cooked through.
  9. Your gravy will brown more during cooking.
  10. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice & a veggie.
