Balsamic London Broil
- 2 lbs top round london broil beef
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 13 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Combine onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, marjoram and Worcestershire in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Place meat in a zip-lock bag or a shallow dish.
- Pierce meat with a fork in several places.
- Pour sauce over meat, turning to coat.
- Let marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium (300 degrees -350 degrees ).
- Remove meat from marinade.
- If you want to use the marinade as a sauce, cook it in a sauce pan until it boils.
- Place meat on grill, covered, for 7-12 minutes each side for medium rare.
- Remove and let stand for 3 minutes.
- Cut across the grain into thin slices and serve.
