Balsamic London Broil

  1. Combine onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, marjoram and Worcestershire in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place meat in a zip-lock bag or a shallow dish.
  4. Pierce meat with a fork in several places.
  5. Pour sauce over meat, turning to coat.
  6. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  7. Preheat grill to medium (300 degrees -350 degrees ).
  8. Remove meat from marinade.
  9. If you want to use the marinade as a sauce, cook it in a sauce pan until it boils.
  10. Place meat on grill, covered, for 7-12 minutes each side for medium rare.
  11. Remove and let stand for 3 minutes.
  12. Cut across the grain into thin slices and serve.
