Biscuit Topped Burgers

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix ground beef, crumbs, soy milk, worcestershire sauce, egg, & seasonings.
  3. Shape into eight 3" patties.
  4. Place in ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish.
  5. Bake until done about 25 minutes; drain.
  6. Top each patty with 1 tbsp barbecue sauce.
  7. Increase oven temperature to 450F.
  8. Put a biscuit on each patty.
  9. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, about 10 min.
  10. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
