Beef with Buckwheat Noodles

  1. Combine steaks, 2 tablespoons of the dressing, ginger and spring onions.
  2. Set aside to marinate.
  3. Sear beef on a preheated pan or grill plate for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking.
  4. Cook noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender, drain well.
  5. Toss together the noodles, beanshoots, spinach and mint leaves with the remaining dressing.
  6. Serve with beef steaks and sprinkled with peanuts and extra mint leaves.
