Best Cocoa Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 325F (160C).
  2. Blend butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, salt and cocoa powder; gradually add this to the butter/sugar/egg/vanilla mixture in large bowl.
  5. Mix until well blended; fold in chopped nuts.
  6. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan (no need to grease).
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan on wire rack before cutting.
