Caramel Ice Cream

  1. Refer tofor the caramel praline.
  2. Combine eggs and half of the sugar into a bowl and beat with the bowl submerged in hot water.
  3. (Don't over mix).
  4. Put fresh cream and the remaining sugar into a separate bowl and beat until it forms peaks.
  5. Gradually add the mixture from step 2 to the mixture from step 3 while mixing (It's a little difficult to mix).
  6. Pour into a tray and mix in the caramel cream in random swirls, then chill in the freezer.
  7. Add caramel praline as you like.
  8. Here it is served in cups.
