Caramel Ice Cream
- 2 large eggs Eggs
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 40 grams Granulated sugar
- 30 grams Caramel cream
- 1 Caramel praline
- Refer tofor the caramel praline.
- Combine eggs and half of the sugar into a bowl and beat with the bowl submerged in hot water.
- (Don't over mix).
- Put fresh cream and the remaining sugar into a separate bowl and beat until it forms peaks.
- Gradually add the mixture from step 2 to the mixture from step 3 while mixing (It's a little difficult to mix).
- Pour into a tray and mix in the caramel cream in random swirls, then chill in the freezer.
- Add caramel praline as you like.
- Here it is served in cups.
