Grilled Sea Scallops

  1. Marinate Scallops
  2. For the marinade
  3. In a bowl, add olive oil, worcestershire sauce, tobasco sauce, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Add scallops and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. When ready to grill, pre heat grill to medium high heat.
  7. Put scallops on skewers.
  8. Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
  9. Serve immediately.
  10. Enjoy!
