Grilled Sea Scallops
- 1 lb Jumbo Sea Scallops
- 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Minced Garlic
- 1 Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Salt & Pepper
- Marinate Scallops
- For the marinade
- In a bowl, add olive oil, worcestershire sauce, tobasco sauce, garlic, and salt & pepper to taste.
- Add scallops and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to grill, pre heat grill to medium high heat.
- Put scallops on skewers.
- Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
