Cheese, Tomato & Broccoli Pita
- 2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 4 medium oranges
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Blend cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and mayonnaise.
- Stuff each pita with 1/4 of cheese-vegetable mixture.
- Complement each pita with an orange.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
