Creme De Menthe Brownie Bars

  1. Combine unsweetened chocolate and butter in a small heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
  2. let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Beat eggs at medium with an electric mixer until thick and lemon colored; gradually add sugar, beating well.
  4. Add flour, salt, vanilla, and chocolate mix; beat at low speed 1 minute.
  5. Spoonmixture into a lightly greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  6. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minures.
  7. Cool 10 minutes, spread Creme De Menthe Frosting over top.
  8. Chill at least 4 hours.
  9. Drizzle melted chocolate over frosting, or pipe in desired design, I do criss cross, it;s simple, and looks nice.

  12. Cut into bars immediately.
  13. Remove from pan to a serving plate, chill at least 1 hour.

  15. COmbine all ingredients in a moxing bowl, beat at high speed until smooth.
  16. There will be enough for 4 dozen bars.
