Chucks Toledo Chicken

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. I add 2 dashes Mrs.
  3. Dash seasoning also.
  4. Add chicken and coat and let marinate over night or for 4 hours.
  5. Next day roll chicken pieces in the Italian bread crumbs and arrange in shallow roasting pan.
  6. Melt butter and pour half of it over chicken.
  7. Bake chicken at 45 minutes.
  8. Pour rest of butter over it and bake till crispy.
