Easy Cheesy Sauce

  1. Place butter in 2-quart bowl.
  2. Microwave 30-60 seconds or until melted.
  3. Stir in flour and mustard with whisk or fork.
  4. Add half & half; mix until smooth.
  5. Microwave 2 minutes.
  6. Add cheese.
  7. Microwave, stirring after every minute, 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Spoon warm sauce over vegetables, potatoes or omelets.
