Gingerbread Bars With Orange Frosting

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all gingerbread ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  4. Pour batter into greased 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Combine all frosting ingredients except sprinkles in large bowl.
  8. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  9. Frost cooled bars.
  10. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
  11. *Substitute 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon each ground nutmeg and cloves.
