Peanut Butter Banana Pie Recipe
- 3 1/4 ounce. pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 2 bananas, sliced
- Lemon juice
- Peanut butter crust
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Prepare pie filling as directed on package, except use 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk.
- Cover with waxed paper, chill.
- Blend till smooth.
- Mix in marshmallows and whipped cream.
- Dip bananas in lemon juice, place in peanut butter crust.
- Pour filling over bananas.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs.
- Garnish with additional banana slices, whipped cream and peanuts.
