Haddock Fish Bake Recipe
- 2 pound Haddock
- 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (about 30 crackers)
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Grease 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
- Put in fish, mix soup and lowfat milk together and pour over the fish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients.
- Add in crumbs and sprinkle over fish and bake for 10 min or possibly more.
