Thai Flowering Cabbage With Beef In Oyster Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound flowering cabbage, trimmed
- 4 ounce. beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp. water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cabbage till tender.
- Transfer the cabbage to a hot serving plate.
- Heat oil in a skillet and add in the beef and garlic.
- Add in the oyster sauce and water.
- Adjust seasoning and pour over the cooked flowering cabbage.
