Rigata di Marco

  1. Boil pasta in water with a bit salt and olive oil and drain.
  2. Fry onion
  3. Chop tomato and add to onions
  4. Add cherry tomatoes (chopped in half) and sundries tomatoes and stirr.
  5. Add cream cheese and pesto
  6. Add pepper and salt
  7. Add pipe rigata and mix it up
  8. Serve with fresh basel
