Rigata di Marco
- 100 grams pipe rigate
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1 tbsp fresh basel
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pepper
- 1 salt
- Boil pasta in water with a bit salt and olive oil and drain.
- Fry onion
- Chop tomato and add to onions
- Add cherry tomatoes (chopped in half) and sundries tomatoes and stirr.
- Add cream cheese and pesto
- Add pepper and salt
- Add pipe rigata and mix it up
- Serve with fresh basel
