Honey-Gingered Pork Tenderloin
- 2 (3/4 lb) pork tenderloin
- 14 cup honey
- 14 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- fresh parsley sprig (optional)
- Place tenderloins in an 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Combine honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well and pour over tenderloins.
- Cover and marniate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving marinade.
- Grill tenderloins over medium-hot coals 25 to 30 minutes, turning often and basting with reserved marinade.
- Pork is done when meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160 degrees.
- To serve, slice tenderloins thinly, and arrange on a serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
