Italian Pizzelle's

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda)
  2. Combine all wet ingredients in a different bowl (eggs, vanilla, anise)
  3. Wipe eggs, vanilla and anise together until light and fluffy
  4. Combine with dry ingredients and mix just until all ingredients come together
  5. Heat up Pizzelle press
  6. Using a tablespoon, scoop 3/4 of a tablespoon onto the Pizzelle press at a time, watch until golden brown (30-45 seconds)
  7. Take out and lay flat and top with powdered sugar dusting
