Rhubarb Ketchup

  1. in medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil.
  2. then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. remove the zest from the mixure and throw away.
  4. puree in a blender.
  5. serve hot or cold

rhubarb, sherry, orange juice, red wine vinegar, sugar, orange peel, salt
