My Easy Healthy Reuben Potato Fix

• 12 cup potato, chopped
• 13 cup sauerkraut, rinsed
• 12 slice swiss cheese, 2% milk
• 14 teaspoon caraway seed
• 12 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 ounce pastrami, 1/2 small pack of Carl budding, chopped

1. put potatoes in a microwaveable bowl with about 1/2 tablespoon of water.
2. cover and microwave a minute or 2 til tender.
3. add Swiss.
4. micro for about 30 seconds to melt.
5. stir and mash.
6. top with remaining ingredients, mix.
7. heat up to your desired temperature.
