Alpine Leek Consomme Butter Soup
- 2 bunches Alpine leek (Gyoja Ninniku)
- 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
- 5 grams Butter
- 3 Soup stock cubes
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1000 ml Water
- Heat the sesame oil in a pot.
- Cut the alpine leek into 3-5 cm pieces.
- Stir-fry the bean sprouts and alpine leek in the pot.
- Add the water and soup stock cubes into the pot.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
- Add butter to finish.
