Alpine Leek Consomme Butter Soup

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a pot.
  2. Cut the alpine leek into 3-5 cm pieces.
  3. Stir-fry the bean sprouts and alpine leek in the pot.
  4. Add the water and soup stock cubes into the pot.
  5. Simmer for about 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
  6. Add butter to finish.
