Tender Moist Chicken Breast Chinese Style

  1. Bring the ingredients to a boil in a pot and add the chicken.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. Mix the Chinese sauce ingredients together.
  6. There should be enough to use for the accompanying vegetables too.
  7. It's very yummy!
  8. Remove the skin from the chicken and slice thinly.
  9. Store in the refrigerator immersed in the poaching liquid.
  10. Just take out when you need it.
  11. If you eat this with vegetables it's very well balanced.
  12. The poaching liquid can be used for soup so there's no waste.
