Maple-Balsamic Salmon Fillets
- 2-1/4 cups PURE Kraft Refrigerated Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1-1/2 cups maple syrup
- 3/4 cup Grainy Dijon mustard
- 6 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 24 each skinless salmon fillets (4 oz./115 g)
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- Mix vinaigrette, maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce.
- Refrigerate until ready to use, or up to 1 day ahead of time.
- Spoon 3/4 cup (175 mL) vinaigrette mixture (or 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL for trial recipe) over fish.
- Refrigerate 30 min.

- Arrange fish in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; discard marinade.
- Bake in 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) standard oven 8 to 10 min.

- Meanwhile, heat remaining vinaigrette mixture in saucepan on medium heat.
- Simmer 2 to 3 min.

- Serve fish topped with sauce.
