Turkey Or Chicken Souffle Recipe
- 8 slices bread
- 1 pt. broth
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cooked chicken, boned and minced or possibly 2 to 3 c. minced turkey meat
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion">onion or possibly onion">onion pwdr
- Heat broth, butter, lowfat milk together.
- Pour over bread mash well, add in Large eggs, chopped onion, 1 can mushroom soup.
- Place minced up meat in bottom of pan, pour other ingredients over meat then add in other can mushroom soup and can celery soup.
- Bake in 350 degree oven till cooked out and lightly browned like dressing, usually about 1 hour, maybe less depending on oven.
