Tammy's Italian Chicken

  1. Arrange frozen chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with sauce mix; add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Serve over penne pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
