Surf and Turf Grilled Burritos
- 1- 1/2 cup Mojo Marinade
- 1 pound Sirloin Steak, Cooked And Chopped
- 6 whole Large 10 Inch Flour Tortillas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 1 pound Shrimp, Cooked And Chopped
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo
- Put the marinade into a medium sized bowl.
- Add the cooked steak into the marinade.
- Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- On a flour tortilla, spread a layer of sour cream, then a layer of guacamole and then layer liberal amounts of cheese, meat, shrimp and pico de gallo.
- With wet fingertips, fold over sides of the tortilla and roll up.
- Place rolled burritos in a hot skillet or grill.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes total.
- Serve with your favorite hot sauce and some rice and beans.
