Tapenade Puff Pastry Appetizers
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed
- 1/2 cup tapenade
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 9 Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut pastry into 9 (3-1/2-inch) squares.
- Use tip of sharp knife to make shallow cuts about 1/2 inch from all sides of each pastry square, being careful to not cut all the way through pastry.
- Place pastry squares on parchment-covered baking sheet; prick centres in several places with tines of fork.
- Spread tapenade onto centres of pastry squares; top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 15 to 18 min.
