Healthy Pork Stir-fry with Plenty of Cabbage & Glass Noodles

  1. Cut the cabbage and pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Preseason the pork with sake and soy sauce.
  3. Rehydrate the glass noodles in water.
  4. They should still have some bite left in the centre.
  5. Cut them into bite-sized lengths with kitchen scissors.
  6. Heat the oil over high heat and fry the meat.
  7. When it changes colour, add the cabbage and continue to fry until it becomes slightly transparent.
  8. Add the glass noodles and ingredients.
  9. Continue to fry until the glass noodles have soaked up about half of the liquid.
  10. You're all done!
