Port Clyde Chowder Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion till tender in butter.
  2. Add in potatoes, 4 c. warm water, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer 15 min.
  4. Add in seafood, simmer 10 min.
  5. Mix lowfat milk with 4 c. water and add in cream.
  6. Add in potato flakes.
  7. Serves 12.
