Pulled Pork Slaw Dog
- 1 whole Quarter-Pound Hebrew National Hot Dog
- 1 whole Hot Dog Bun
- 2 Tablespoons Macaroni And Cheese
- 13 cups Pulled Pork In Bbq Sauce
- 13 cups Cole Slaw
- Butterfly the hot dog and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave.
- Put on the bun.
- Heat up the pulled pork and put it on top of the hot dog.
- Heat up the mac-n-cheese, and put that on top of the pork.
- Top with slaw.
- Next time I make this, Im going to butterfly the dog, fry it in butter and Cholula, and then toast the hot dog bun in the butter and Cholula.
- This can happen while the pulled pork is heating up in the microwave.
- And, like the true Virginian girl that I am, the dog must be topped with cole slaw!
- You can douse the pulled pork with hot sauceI typically do that on the sandwich.
- You could also include pickled jalapenos on top of the pulled pork.
- Yum!
