Chinese Chicken and Ginger

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan or wok, add onion and ginger and cook until softened.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add cabbage, celery, capsicum and baby corn and cook 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Add combined water, Vegemite*, honey and cornflour.
  5. Bring to the boil, stirring, until thickened.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
