Fajita Turkey Burgers

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Mix turkey, egg white, and 1/4 cup each cheese and salsa; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Grill patties and vegetables 5 to 6 min.
  4. on each side or until burgers are done (165 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Combine remaining cheese and salsa.
  6. Fill buns with burgers, vegetables and cheese mixture.
