The best cupcakes in the world!!!

• box 1 box of Duncans Hines chewy fudge brownies
• 1 melted chocolate
• cup water
• 1 mixing bowl
• 1 soup pot

1. Make brownies in oven.
2. And melt chocolate in small mixing bowl and put it in soup pot and fill water up to the bottom of the mixing bowl.
3. When brownies are done baking in the oven frost on top with the melted brownies.
4. And vala you can eat it...hope you like it..
